About the provider

Eduardo Soto was born and raised in Bayamon Puerto Rico. As a boy, Eduardo developed a passion for helping other people. This passion stemmed from observing the care his sick grandmother received from her doctors and nurses while he was growing up. Seeing how these medical providers helped one of the most loved members of his family, he decided to pursue a career in medicine and has been in Florida working at that dream since 2007.

Eduardo Soto ARNP, is a family nurse practitioner with a strong interest in managing chronic disease, health promotion and preventive health across the life span and tailored to each individual. Eduardo strives to build a trusted relationship with his patients to protect, promote and maintain their good health and well-being through informed, joint decision-making.
